Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all orders placed with Perniagaan Vertex Global ("we", "us") through this website, WhatsApp or email.

1. Orders & pricing

  • All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Bulk pricing is applied automatically based on quantity per item.
  • An order is confirmed once payment has been verified and, for printed items, the artwork proof approved.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders affected by pricing errors or stock unavailability, with a full refund.

2. Artwork & proofs

  • You are responsible for checking spelling, colours, names and layout on the proof before approval.
  • Printed colours may vary slightly from on-screen colours due to material and printing process.
  • You confirm you have the right to use any logos, trademarks or images supplied to us.

3. Payment

Payment is by online bank transfer or Touch 'n Go eWallet. Please use your order number as the payment reference and upload your receipt. Production starts after payment is verified.

4. Production & delivery

Production times are estimates starting from artwork approval and payment verification. See our Shipping Policy for delivery details.

5. Cancellations, returns & refunds

  • Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before artwork approval.
  • As printed items are custom-made, we cannot accept returns once production has started, except for defects.
  • Please report defects or shortages within 3 days of receiving your order, with photos. We will reprint, replace or refund the affected items.
